I enrolled in the Upskill Rocket Digital Marketing course mainly because of the job assistance they promised. Unfortunately, I did not receive any job placement after completing the course. More disappointing was the lack of response from the team regarding job opportunities. His name Prateek , I tried following up multiple times, but there was no clear guidance or support. The course content may be useful for learning basics, but if you are joining mainly for job placement or post-course support, my experience was not satisfactory. Please join only after clearly understanding what kind of job assistance is actually provided. Your response contains several incorrect and misleading statements, and I would like to clearly clarify the facts from my side. I did attend classes and actively participated in the program. The claim that I attended less than 10% of the classes is completely false and unsupported by any verifiable attendance records shared with me. Making such statements publicly without evidence is unfair and damaging. Regarding interviews, merely forwarding interview opportunities without proper training completion, structured preparation, or post-interview feedback does not constitute meaningful job assistance. I repeatedly reached out for guidance, clarity on placements, and next steps, but did not receive consistent or actionable support. The statement that I “lacked courage” to visit the center is inappropriate and unprofessional. At no point was there a mutually agreed plan, written communication, or formal schedule provided to resume classes or counseling at the center. Shifting responsibility entirely onto the student while ignoring gaps in communication is not justified. Job assistance should be based on transparent processes, clear eligibility criteria, and consistent support—not selective narratives after concerns are raised. My review reflects my genuine experience with the course and placement support, and it was shared to inform prospective students, not to mislead anyone.
